Manually clear a StableBit DrivePool notification.

When to Use

If one or more StableBit DrivePool notifications are being shown erroneously.

Steps

  1. Follow: Q7200705
  2. Open Command Prompt from the Start menu (type it).
  3. Type cd "\Program Files\Windows Server\Bin" and press ENTER.
  4. type DrivePool.WhsCommands Notifications.ClearAll and press ENTER.

This will clear all StableBit DrivePool notifications.

You can clear individual notifications by typing DrivePool.WhsCommands Notifications.ClearAlert [ALERT NAME].

Available alerts are:

  • MissingDisk
  • ReadFailure
  • WriteFailure
  • DuplicationError
