When to Use
If your system is experiencing a blue screen crash periodically the first thing to check is the stability of your RAM.
Steps
- Follow: Q7200705
- From the Start menu open Windows Memory Diagnostic (type it).
- Follow the instructions on the screen to check your memory.
A memory check will reboot your computer and may take several hours to complete.
