When to Use

If you can see your files and folders in the pool drive, but they are not showing up on the network or in the Dashboard.


  1. Download the WSS Troubleshooter from here: Utilities
  2. Place the WSS Troubleshooter into a share that's on the server (or you can use a USB thumb drive if no shares are visible).
  3. Follow: Q7200705
  4. Run the WSS Troubleshooter from the server.
  5. Select the Restore DrivePool Shares task.
