In some circumstance you may need to reset your license to the default after being instructed to do so by support.

Resetting the license - Scanner 1.0 (Home Server Original)

Download: OmniDriveGuard.Service.exe.config

  1. Log into the Windows Home Server with Remote Desktop as Administrator.
  2. Place the downloaded file in C:\Program Files\Windows Home Server.
  3. Restart the StableBit Scanner service.
    1. Open the Local services interface by going to Start -> Control panel -> Administrative tools -> Services.
    2. Find the StableBit Scanner service.
    3. Right click on it and select Restart.
  4. Delete the downloaded OmniDriveGuard.Service.exe.config file from C:\Program Files\Windows Home Server.
