DrivePool features advanced logging that can record every I/O operation performed on the pool.

If you experience a problem with copying a file or reading data off the pool. Try to reproduce it and right after you see the error:

  1. Open the Windows Home Server 2011 Dashboard.
  2. Select the 'StableBit DrivePool' tab.
  3. Click 'About StableBit DrivePool' in the tasks list on the right.
  4. Uncheck 'Enable logging'.
  5. Log into the home server using remote desktop with the 'Administrator' account.
  6. Open 'C:\ProgramData\StableBitDrivePool' in Windows Explorer.
  7. ZIP up the 'Service' Sub folder.
    1. (Right click on Service -> 'Send to' -> 'Compressed folder'.)
  8. Upload the resulting zip file using the form below with a short description.
