Manually uninstalling CloudDrive.

When to Use

If you are having serious issues with StableBit CloudDrive and just resetting the settings doesn't work.

Steps

  1. Follow: Q7200705
  2. Open Device Manager from the Start menu (type it).
  3. If you see Covecube devices, expand it and right click on each item and click Uninstall.
    • If you have StableBit CloudDrive installed, DO NOT remove the Covecube Disk Enumerator device.
  4. Open Programs and Features from the Start menu (type it).
  5. Uninstall StableBit CloudDrive, if listed.
  6. Reboot the server.
  7. Click Start -> Run. Type regedit.
  8. Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\CloudFSDisk and delete it, if found.
  9. Reboot the server.
  10. Delete everything in C:\ProgramData\StableBit CloudDrive.
  11. Delete everything in C:\Program Files\StableBit\CloudDrive.
  12. Delete everything in %AppData%\StableBit CloudDrive.
    • Note: You should type "%AppData%\StableBit CloudDrive" into the location bar, or from the Run command (Win+R).
  13. Reboot the computer.

Note that this process does not affect your CloudDrive drives.
