Reset DrivePool v2.x settings.

When to Use

If you suspect that your settings are mis-configured or corrupt you can reset them to the defaults.

Steps

  1. Follow: Q7200705
  2. Delete everything in C:\ProgramData\StableBit DrivePool.
    • Note: This is "ProgramData", not "Program Files".
    • Note: You may need to type this in, or to enable "Hidden Files"
  3. Reboot the server.

Note that this process does not affect your pooled data. All pooled data will be preserved.

You will need to re-enter your license under the StableBit DrivePool tab in the Dashboard.
