Reset CloudDrive settings.
When to Use
If you suspect that your settings are mis-configured or corrupt you can reset them to the defaults.
Steps
- Follow: Q7200705
- Open up StableBit CloudDrive's UI.
- Click on the "Gear" icon in the top, right-hand corner.
- Open the "Troubleshooting" menu, and select "Reset all settings..."
- Click on the "Reset" button.
Alternative Steps
This is for when the normal UI is not accessible at all (such as when it's not able to connect to the StableBit CloudDrive Service).
- Follow: Q7200705
- Run "services.msc".
- Find the "StableBit CloudDrive Service" and if it is running, right click on it and select "Stop".
- Rename the "Service" folder in C:\ProgramData\StableBit CloudDrive to "Service.old".
- Note: This is "ProgramData", not "Program Files".
- Note: This folder is hidden normally, so you may need to type this in, or to enable "Hidden Files"
- Rename "StableBit CloudDrive" in %AppData% to "StableBit CloudDrive.old".
- Note: You should type "%AppData%" into the location bar, or from the Run command (Win+R). Otherwise, the folder is "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming", where "Username" is the account's name.
- Reboot the server, or start the "StableBit CloudDrive Service" in the Services window (from steps #2-3).
You will need to re-enter your license in the StableBit CloudDrive UI.
